About Us

Background

Mesa View Counseling and Consulting PLLC was founded by Kyle Dickerson, LMFT, in Round Rock in 2019. With years of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges, Kyle is dedicated to helping adults find clarity and resilience.
His career spans working with teens in foster care, supervising behavioral programs for at-risk youth, and years as a psychotherapist after earning his M.S. in Counseling Psychology in 2010. Later, he spent five years leading teams partnered with child protective services.
In 2019, Kyle returned to clinical practice, motivated by a lifelong fascination with the intricate puzzle of human behavior. “I’ve always been drawn to how people’s experiences and emotions fit together,” he explains. “Helping someone unravel that puzzle and find peace is what drives me.” This curiosity shapes his approach, combining practical tools like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a deeper exploration of each client’s unique story.
Kyle offers a professional yet approachable style, creating a space where clients can tackle tough issues and build strategies for lasting change.
